Mollerussa launches the agricultural trade fair season with its Fira de Sant Josep, taking place this week. Located in the Plana de Urgell region, in southern Lleida, this town of just over 15,000 residents will host the 152nd edition of the fair. It all began in 1872, when the town council first brought together members of the agricultural sector for the upcoming season—an initiative whose success endures to this day.
