MEGA demountable warehouses provide you with as many square metres as you need, with the only limitation of a maximum width of 30 m without any pillars. You read that right: 30 metres of pure space for free indoor mobility for your business and profitability. We know that size matters, but no more than quality, which is why MEGA demountable warehouses offer the same features as the rest of Abristhor’s prefabricated warehouses in a larger space.
MEGA Versatility
What do a hangar, a grain silo and a UTE warehouse have in common? They all require a large covered space in which bulky machinery can manoeuvre without any problems. MEGA prefabricated halls offer you that and more, as they are as versatile as the rest of Abristhor’s large sheds, and can be dismantled, moved and reassembled for re-use in a new location.
Their advantages over traditional sheds are the same as those of any other Abristhor shed. In addition, they are prepared according to the level of resistance determined by the UNE EN 13031-1 and UNE EN 1993-1-1 standards. You can also close the fronts of the detachable shed with canvas and include sliding or roller doors; your interior will be well protected and sheltered from the outside elements.
The limits to the use of such a large shed are set by your imagination, not ours. A regulation basketball court, a tennis court, an equestrian arena or a logistics centre will all benefit from the protection of your large detachable shed. The same shelter is ideal for bulk storage of grain, waste, ore and any other product that needs to be loaded with heavy machinery and transported by lorry.
MEGA Mobility
This type of large shed is simple and quick to assemble and dismantle: no welding on site and no special training is required for assembly. To fix it to the ground, it only needs to be bolted to a concrete floor or, failing that, to prefabricated blocks; your shed will be as large as it is solid and stable. The flexible canvas cover and the length of the parts that make up the structure will allow you to transport it on a trailer or truck to remote locations with limited access where erecting a traditional fixed structure would be too complicated.
But not only will it make your task easier in remote urban areas, such as mining sites, where you would have to abandon the expensive fixed installation you would have had, but you can also benefit if legislation only allows non-mobile structures, such as in certain seaports.
One of the greatest exponents of the need for mobility and resilience are construction and industrial maintenance companies. Construction companies will be able to house special length construction materials, heavy machinery and even set up an industrial workshop, all safe from the winter rain and cold that cause so much damage to materials and construction vehicles.
